We all love lapel pins!
But sometimes spending the money for some lapel pins can back fire on you, specially if it is tax payer's money in the San Diego Unified School District and you have a watchdog group on top of you. The truth is people have the right to know how their tax dollars are being used and those who manage the money are obligated to report on the money being managed.
