Fun Fundraising Ideas Using Lapel Pins - Part 1

Once again, lapel pins show to be an effective way to help raising money for any cause, they're inexpensive and people love to wear them to show their support or to make a statement.

Today, we saw an article online about a fundraising effort in St. Tammany Parish, LA.

The Sheriff's Office conducted an effort to fundraise for Breast Cancer research and food for a local food bank.

Furthermore, the Sheriff decided to make it fun, so their employees would be more motivated to participate. To learn what he did visit St. Tammany News.

November is Diabetes Awareness Month and it may be a good opportunity to participate and get involved.

Even more, if you are part of a community or organization, you can be the "engine" for a fundraising effort and as St. Tammany Parish did, motivate your collages, partners or employees to donate as well.

Red ribbon pins and red silicone wristbands represent Diabetes Awareness. World Diabetes Day is November 14. Let’s make a difference!
